If you raise, say 1 or 2 thousand dollars, you can be in several MLM programs and several of the other 95 offers. Your initial investment could pay for your monthly MLM fees and carry you for several months. Therefore, with only $2,000, you could be going in high gear! Couldn't you? And building a secure lifetime income! One that will grow month after month! That's something to think about. You decide. But I'll tell you something. You have to try.
OK. Let's get to the "bone cutting" part of this report. How do you generate surplus MLM leads and make money doing it?
1. CIRCULATE MINI-FLYERS AND MAIL POSTCARDS... By using mini- flyers and postcards, you can very quickly generate orders for the reports, "How To Make Money With Postcards." 7. SELL YOUR LITERATURE!...The objective is not to make a lot of money doing this, but you should make a little for your time and effort. Don't you agree? If the promotional package costs you, say $5 plus $1 for postage, charge a couple extra bucks. After all, you are doing all the work.
8. CONTINUE TO PROMOTE AND SELL THE MLM MACHINE SET OF REPORTS. After you have sponsored your first level, don't stop! Continue to promote the MLM Machine for a while. 10. MORE ON CROSS POLLINATION ... Let's say that your organization is growing nicely, and you have 200 people in it. These 200 people are into various combinations of the 95 offers made in this program. Now don't you think these 200 people would like to promote their programs to each other? What better potential customers and distributors can you possibly find?
Well, you can help and make some nice money doing it. What would happen if you were to make an offer to your 200 people that went something like this. "I will send out a statement on the offers that you are promoting to the other 199 people in this program. That way, you can instantly expand your customer base and MLM organization." What a deal! Sounds good...doesn't it? By making this mailing, your own downline sells withing itself. Everyone gets stronger and your organization multiplies with the same number of people. So what else is in this for you? Well, you have to do a little typing, printing and mailing to get 200 pieces mailed. But, you get 200 x $30 = $6,000! Wow! That should pay for your printing and postage. Shouldn't it? Well, you think about that. It's a nice way to help everyone - including yourself!

Selling your property is not always easy

Sari McGovern's parents opened a preschool on the first floor of their Fair Lawn home in 1985. Twelve years ago, Sari and her architect husband Sean bought the home and the school and continued running The Kiddie Garden, a state-licensed preschool with a capacity of 30 children.
Now, Sari wants to change careers and become a children's book author, and the McGovern family wants to relocate to the Manahawkin area to be closer to Sari's mother-in-law.So the three-story, 3,900-square foot home/business is on the market for $875,000.
"We are grandfathered to be here, and it's an easy turnkey operation," Sari McGovern said. "My [preschool] license is good until June of 2009. A new owner could even come in and take five or six kids to begin with and build up. This makes for a unique opportunity to have a large preschool below a live-at-home qualified educator."
But what makes home/office combinations unique can also make them harder to sell when the time comes. So think twice before you make a major investment to redo your basement, your first floor or your garage as your new base of business.
First, most municipal zoning regulations sharply limit the kind and amount of business you can do at home.
Second, specialized and costly home business upgrades may not be a help -- and may even be a hindrance -- when it comes time to sell your home.
McGovern, for example, just recently put a $4,000 synthetic grass surface on the preschool's outdoor playground. It's not the kind of upgrade that will pay for itself upon resale, if the home reverts to just a residence.
Jeffrey Shapiro of Coldwell Banker is marketing a $999,000, five-bedroom colonial in Englewood with an attached six-room handicapped-accessible medical office and off-street parking for patients. He said it's not an easy sell.
"I initially went with the headline that this was a medical office or professional office, and home," Shapiro said. "But I switched gears and now I'm promoting it as a grand old home with a medical office attached."
He's done a lot of specialized marketing, printing up fliers on the house and office, and dropping them off in doctors' lounges in local and New York City hospitals.
But the lack of interest in the home as a home-based business prospect makes him think medical practitioners nowadays want to maintain their professional offices away from home.

The eBay Profit Loophole Is Finally Being Revealed to the General Public!
I've made a decent income myself with eBay without selling anything at all! It's actually quite fun and quite profitable at that!
The thing is, eBay knows about this loophole, but they rather not tell you about it, or highly advertise it. They'd rather you simply post your auctions, and care less about whether or not it sells or not. Regardless, they still get paid. If it doesn't sell, you still owe them for posting the auction. If the item sells, you owe for the posting AND they get a cut of the final sale price. So, they make out either way.
If many people knew about the magical eBay loophole, then no one would be using their site to sell items anymore.
See, with the loophole, you don't post auctions, so eBay gets no money out of you. With this loophole, they end up having to legally pay you money, instead of them making money off of you! Think about it, this is why this loophole in the eBay program has never been advertised or hyped up by them since they first appeared on the internet. If they did, they'd never get any real money.
This is where I come in and break the years of silence on eBay's behalf and spill the beans to the public. If you truly suck at selling on eBay and would rather make a ton of money doing the whole eBay thing bass-ackwards without shelling out cash on an auction listing, then look no further...because I'm here to the rescue.
